Those edger wrenches again!

Last month we ran a sale on these edger wrenches and they flew out the door. So what does Floor Style do? They make a bunch more to sell them on sale again. Isn’t capitalism grand?

Yesterday, there was no blog because I was driving to visit some customers and deliver some product. I think it should be the policy of every company to get the IT out of their offices at least once a week. It keeps us sane. I spoke with a few people who I hadn’t met before and got to know what they were in need of.

Why I bring all that up is one purchaser said they needed some maroon pads. My eyebrows almost flew off my forehead. I asked her if she’d been to floorstyle.com that day and she admitted she hadn’t. I asked her to go there and low and behold, a box of 10 16″ maroon pads for just $10.

Ain’t it funny how the world works?

Snow Specials 2

Well that was fun. Mother nature dumped another foot of snow.

Friday’s Free Freight February Fine Idea

I was trying to see how many Fs I could get going but my brain went numb after five.

Floor Style has the scraper blades on sale today. Four for a buck, limit eight. These are the most popular ones too. The inch and the inch and a half.

You should have been around yesterday. We sold a TON of those little Red devil scrapers. One of the sales managers called me up and asked why I made them a special and I flat out told him, “because people like them.”

Where was I yesterday, you ask? I was out meeting with customers. I met Chris, Jeff, Rick and Steve. I was doing deliveries and just wanted to put in some face time with our customers. Sometimes, it isn’t about the sale, it’s about loyalty to our customer. I know that sounds a little sappy, but I like these people. It was the first time I’d met Chris and Rick, even though I’d delivered to them at least dozen times at least last year. Rick has a cool workroom and Chris has a house I’d sell my dog for…and I love my dog.

Sorry, off topic.

We are working up some very nice sales for next week. I don’t have them approved by GM Jim Gray yet, but these are going to be something you are going to want to watch for.

We have also added another 48 new items on the online store. We have added Sampson Finishes in our Bargain Finish page and added in the new Clarke edgers and toe kick edgers to the Clarke Equipment page.

There is now a Scrapers and Blades page, and a new Vacuum / Dust containment page. There is still some more for me to add, but it is going up well.
